By placing an order or making a purchase from Tiempo, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our policy. If there’s something wrong with the item that you have purchased, or if you are not happy with it, you have 14 days to issue a refund request and return your item.
If you would like to return a product, please ensure the item is unopened with the tamper seal intact, if you have purchased the limited edition release please ensure the box and the poster are returned as they were received. Every item is thoroughly inspected at the distillery, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. If however, you receive an item unsatisfactory we will do our best to rectify the problem.
If for some reason we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check, in such cases, we may have to cancel your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request. We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item and take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is secure and fit for purpose such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. If however any items are damaged we will replace or refund those items at no extra charge. We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take up to 5 working days to process and you will be notified by email once it is processed.
